KING SOMM: A boutique wine store and wine event space coming to the Bayswater Town Centre in 2018. The Heritage listed building was once a Billiard Saloon, belonging to the world famous billiard family the Marshall's. The scope of works includes restorations and upgrades to the buildings facade together with the store fit out.
